My fav a.m. Sundays

This dang hotel has not yet upgraded to a digital tv receiver. So no "news analysis" lol, until I get home. If it is all Iran it won't be of much interest anyway. Short of President Obama declaring war, it is just something for the news heads to talk about.

And I cannot stand CNN anymore. Gasp! I never thought I would type such a thing. I couldn't find a way to tell them on the CNN website. They repeat the same 3 or 4 shows all day. What is the problem with the channel, money? Lack of real news? (imagine that!) Do you hear me CNN? Stop it.

Movement in Iran

Even online news stations from Iran not posting on internet, links deferred. Is this a "Revolution" or a "Civil Rights Movement" as suggested on CNN? We must stay out of it. It is not our fight. Repubs say what you will but don't downgrade the President for his comments. President Obama cannot say those things without larger ramifications. How many wars do Republicans think we should fight at once? World War III?? No!!

Change of Plans

I discovered a duplication in my blog pages and luckily so. I am a political junkie. Often labeled a negative trait, having an opinion about government policies and the advice of those talking heads on Sunday morning is acting as a responsible American. I am aware of past protests against government, e.g. the sixties anti-war movement. The weapon of choice was not voting in political elections. Huh? How is that going to help achieve objectives? Participation in the American political system is the only way to be fully informed and exercise the right to be heard and create change. Perhaps the average American citizen cannot be 'fully' informed. The average American Congressman demonstrates a lack of information daily.

Not pretending to possess this information, this blog will simply offer opinions on information given to the general public. Please enjoy, comments welcome.
